Window to Patio Door Conversion
I had about 5 different companies give me a quote for my window to patio door conversion. Canadian Choice was one of the most competitive. The salesman, Tony DiCesare was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured into going with them right away. There were 2 installers, Mike and Victor, who were on-time and made a tough job look easy. There was only one minor issue with the ordered door as it did not arrive with a key lock and kick lock. Tony handled the situation and arranged for Mike to come back when it was convenient for my schedule and Mike was able to install both locks in less than 5 minutes. We all prefer jobs to go smooth and perfect but this is rarely ever the case - what matters most for me and determines customer service is how mistakes are handled and the corrective actions that follow. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of Tony and Mike to follow up, coordinate and resolve the minor hiccup in what was an excellent job.
