The customer service provided was exceptional.....absolutely the best I have had with any work done for my home. I have confidence in quality of the materials and work. Bilal is the owner of the company and does the work himself. He obviously takes pride in the quality of his work and customer service. I highly recommend you go with this company. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. Quote: He responded promptly and was able to come quickly for an estimate. He arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, informative, and patient. The quote was sent that night. The quote was competitive, detailed, and easy to understand. Installation: He was able to come fairly soon after we confirmed the work. He worked diligently and carefully. Again, always on time. Was willing to explain how things worked and what he was doing. He also installed a wifi enabled controller that we chose and took time to help set it up. Addressing Issues: Unfortunately we had some unexpected issues with our roughed in system. Despite the challenges and frustration, he came back and put in extra time to make it work. He didn't even charge extra for having to deal with it.
