Does not respond to phone calls or emails
Ordered tombstone 15 years ago when my mother passed for my parents. My father recently passed , and Michelle assured me 3 times she will add his engraving as well. It has been over 2 months and she has not responded to 6 emails and 5 voice messages nor any calls. Lack of courtesy and disappointing service. In process of getting another company to finish the work.
