On Friday after 5:30 pm i called Drain Master and within 50 minutes they sent a courteous Johnny to the property. Johnny showed his expertise and knowledge and solved the plug. After that he kindly gave me followups as to how to prevent such drainage. I really appreciate his uplifting spirit and kind words. Many thanks.
