Vinylbilt Windows and Doors came to my house to perform warranty service for one of the windows that I had installed in the fall of 2021. Everyone who I dealt with from this company- Kyle, Rebecca and Jonathan, was professional and courteous. One of the traits that I look for in a company is simply whether they do what they said they will do. And that's exactly what these three people mentioned in this review did. So thank you for doing the job you said you would! I would also specifically commend Jonathan who performed the service at my house. He is highly skilled, and clearly very experienced working with windows. His customer service was exceptional and he performed the work quietly and efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the work he performed. The view out my window is now fantastic!

I phoned Complete Plumbing at 7am on a Saturday and my call was answered immediately. After I provided a brief overview of the issue, Evan and Mike arrived at our home within the hour. Armed with a camera and other equipment, they went to work and had the problem solved quickly and efficiently. Evan and Mike were friendly and personable and answered all my questions. They also provided some useful tips. Being new to the area, we didn't already have a plumber and didn't know who to call. But after reviewing Homestars and the experience of others, we decided to contact Complete Plumbing and we are very happy we did. Evan and Mike will be the first ones we will call if we need the help of a professional plumbing company in the future. Great job guys! Much appreciated.

We are very happy that we hired Spray-Net to give our house and garage a new look. We contacted Spray-Net after reading about their company online, talking to one of their customers in our neighborhood and looking at several other houses that they had painted. Our existing aluminum siding and brick was faded and stained and very tired-looking. At our initial meeting with Marc, he suggested the new color scheme. Kyle and his crew did a fantastic job and have made our 1950's house look like new. Not only do they have a fantastic product, but just as importantly, the members were extremely diligent about ensuring the quality of their work throughout the entire process. No detail was too small and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. We have had nothing but glowing comments from all of our neighbors!

We purchased an older house in St. Catharines a few months ago. The sellers had a home inspection report available so we did not arrange for one. However after living here for several months, we decided that the sellers' report had some gaps and that we needed more information about our house. We contacted Bryce Rankin, who is highly recommended on Homestars. We are happy to say that the Homestars ratings for Bryce are bang on. He did an incredible job for us and we highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable, patiently answered all of our questions and provided great tips and advice. He was prompt, respectful, courteous, personable and friendly from the time he arrived and throughout the inspection. Thank you Bryce!

If you absolutely have to hire this company, insist on getting a detailed written work order before work begins. The work order should state exactly what work will be done. Monitor the work while it is being performed and intervene if you are not satisfied with the quality. Ask about the qualifications of the installer to ensure they actually know what they are doing. In my case, I had to stop the work, but not before the installer had made a mess of my brick siding. I will now have to try to clean up the mess myself and finish the windows myself. The installer constantly complained how much he hated his job. Very unprofessional. The company website claims to offer 100% satisfaction. I am not satisfied with this company at all.
