The contractor is not honest. He took our money and left the job unfinished. He asked us for money to purchase materials but he couldn't finish the job and run away with our money.

I have this conversation and altercation recorded Lylama, I received money for work completed (ie. Framing, Drywall) however did not receive money for additional work that was completed. I did leave the project as in contract it says that “If payments due to the remodelling contractor are not paid within the written demand, the remodelling contractor may suspend work until payment is made” I would like you to provide documentation and proof for your accusations as they are vindictive especial as there is still money that I have not received and project was $0 Down I have taken time to prepare necessary documentation as well and forwarded to my law firm to sue for arrears for non payment as I have given this client applicable time to make payments and clear debts.
