Max was the "first responder" to our call for help after our basement flooded. He quickly diagnosed and then rectified the immediate source of the problem. More important, he identified (and showed us with the drain-cam) a more serious situation relating to the sanitary and storm water drains. Max made cost effective recommendations to eliminate any future concerns. His crew was remarkable. Each worker was courteous and worked diligently. I was impressed how they tidied up after each day's work. Extensive drain repairs are never cheap, but Max's pricing was very reasonable. To boot, he also informed us of, and eventually completed all the required paperwork for, the basement flooding prevention subsidy offered by the City of Toronto.

Valentini designed and installed the kitchen to our first home back in 2003. From start to finish, the Callrich Eco team provided us with great advice and timely cost effective service! After several initial meetings with the very patient and well informed Callrich Eco representative, Stephen, we ultimately decided to go with foam insulation for the entire home as part of our renovation project. Dealing with Stephen and Callrich Eco was rather refreshing because they did not try to oversell us on any of their products or services. In fact, Stephen's suggestions helped reduce our overall budget. Callrich Eco co-oridinated the installation seamlessly with the other contractors working on the project, notwithstanding the challenges of a tricky construction schedule. The benefits of the foam insulation became apparent almost immediately. Savings has been consistent over the last 2 1/2 years. In winter, we are able lower the thermostat level 2 to 3 degrees, which easily translates into 10-13% savings. Similarly, in the warmer weather, our home is cool and comfortable. This is the case even on extremely hot and humid days despite the fact we adjust the thermostat a few degrees higher than we would have ordinarily kept it before.
