The serviceman was a lovely gentleman but he showed up with the part despite me being very specific with the service desk as to what was needed. The part didn’t seem to be at any suppliers either so it makes me wonder why they would waste my time and their own technician’s time like that. It was also ridiculously expensive and you are stuck as a consumer because you loose your nearly 100$ in service fee if you don’t accept the offer. Well not many people can just throw 100$ to the wind!

We appreciate your review and thank you for acknowledging how pleasant our electrician was. The electrician was not aware that the part required for the installation was a non-standard part - not readily available at our suppliers.
