Finding the right demolition company was a challenge for us. I was living in the house, so keeping the wife and kids happy while I did the reno was a challenge. I hired Precision Demolition and over the course of 3 weeks, they took down drywall, interior walls, etc, and I was very pleased with their work. Daily before they left, they would clean the entire site before my kids got home from school. This company has numerous projects for me over the years, including custom skylights & shower doors in a designer house in North Vancouver, and glass partitions and mirrors in our offices. They always show up with a clean cut crew, and on time and on budget. No hidden surprises with this Company. The fact they they are a bit smaller lends well to high end work, because the owner of the company has a hands on approach to all intallations to ensure they are of top quality. I would reccomend them to my friends and family.

James and his crew came to our offices and redesigned the entire layout, and from scratch made us a first class office we are all proud of. He organized all the trades in a timely fashion, and he came in under budget! How often does that happen in today's world? I would highly reccomend them for any of your renovation projects.
