This was a seamless and worry free process the whole way through. We met Sonny at his store in Toronto, he was very helpful and approachable and outlined all of the available options without any pressure. He was then available whenever we had a question about options and guided us through the buying process via email or phone. Installation was quick and easy and the end result is beyond our expectations. We are very very happy with the final result, the fireplace looks incredible. Sonny is amazing and you will not be disappointed, very good experience.
