The new unit the techs installed is perfect. It's much quieter and efficient than the one we had before and the techs were extremely professional. Thank you for all your help from the get-go. Your speedy response, great customer service, and very knowledgeable sales and service staff were exceptional. I wish all companies were as good. If anyone should ask me for a recommendation I will surely tell them to call your company.

Matthew replaced a burned out circuit for us. He quickly identified what the priblem was then provided a breakdown of the total cost which was more than reasonable. Matt worked fast and very efficiently. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If we weren't moving in a couple of months outside of their service area, I would definitely use their services again. Thank you Pro Appliance for responding quickly to repair our stove.
