I used Laura ( Modern Staging ) to stage my house for sale. She first listened to what I was trying to achieve and then discussed what she thought was right for my space. She has a great grasp on what buyers like and in this business it is all that matters. All her trades that she used were amazing and very punctual and clean. The movers were awesome, the cleaners were amazing as well! The service is not cheap but it is a great investment! The house sold in 6 days and above the asking price. I would say that the extra money that she got me for the house was ten times what I paid her!
