He gave me helpful tips re furnace filter, and logged my upcoming maintenance appointments before he left. ***I DO wish your office would record the fact that I pay my Platinum Plus Agreement monthly. This is the second (or maybe third) occasion when your technician is unaware of that arrangement and prepares a new service agreement for my signature and payment, wasting his time and energy, and causing embarrassment for both of us. PLEASE amend your office records to avoid this (one and only) complaint. Thanks!
