We were referred to John Glencross by a neighbour who was very pleased with previous work. As it turned out John had installed our boiler 15 years ago and was familiar with our house ( we had just moved in 3 months ago ) which was such a relief as we had no experience with this type of heating. John and his son Travis arrived with big smiles and gentle calm manners. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the quirks and workings of our system, drained the tank and replaced a valve for a very fair price. It was such a pleasure dealing with them ( and such a contrast to other, not so pleasant, contractor experiences) that I felt moved to recommend them online since I think great customer service and good work ethics should be rewarded. Would definitely use them again.
