Septic system was installed by this company 2 years ago. It is already broken and we can't figure out the problem - the contractor blames the fault on our water consumption, but our water purifier company insists this is not the truth. We called Burnett's about it and they told us it is our of their hands, we won't fix it it is your problem. We feel they built us an inappropriate system for our purification system. They are costing us much more money to try to repair our problem, we would never hire them again.
