Review is for the location on Merivale not Cyrville. Very good prices, selection was really good as well and service in store was good too. Installation service was good (a bit pricey though) but showed up late.
Good service. Tom is very professional and courteous. Monthly monitoring price is competitive with other companies. Have had a few issues over the years, but Tom has always been able to reactify promptly.
Replaced a roof vent that had blown off in the wind storm
Was very impressed with Michel. He was very professional and his service was very prompt. He's very honest, fair and great to deal with. My roof vent blew off in the wind storm and we didn't know until water was leaking into our bedroom during a heavy rain. Michel came over the very night morning (I had called around 6:00 pm the night before) and put on a new vent. I would definitely hire him again for any roof repairs needed down the road and would highly recommend him to everyone. It's great to deal with honest people who are fair with their prices.
Processed and Refinished hardwood floors (bedrooms and stairs)
Was very impressed with Mr. Sandless. Ray and Sandy were very friendly and professional. Job was finished in a day (no mess and not as much noise as with sanding) and we could walk on it in socks after 1-2 hours, 24 hours after we could put back light furniture, 48 hours after, everything was back to normal! Everyone says my floors look great. Would highly recommend.
Living room/dining room layout
We have a very odd shaped living room/dining room area - everything we tried with furniture re-arranging wasn't working. We had a not-so-nice looking space with a lot of wasted space. Nicole from Solace Interiors was able to access our space and provide 2 great solutions for us.
