This was a DIY project, which involved totally gutting and rebuilding a 15-year old bathroom. Our experience with the company (dealing long distance; Calgary to Halifax) was very positive with fast responses and updates on shipping, etc. The Eago steam shower and bathtub arrived unscathed. Except for moving the pieces to the second level of our house (help from neighbour) my wife and I installed it ourselves without too much trouble. It's been about 9 months now and we simply love the products, and we have not have any issues. We highly recommend the company and the products.
