Evan, Daniel, and their whole team are amazing. We renovated three bathrooms at once, and they finished before schedule so we could move back upstairs asap. The quality of the work is great and everyone was very professional. Evan’s quote was competitive in pricing and very detailed so no surprise charges along the way. This is our second job with Finer Edge and will continue to use them for future painting. What I thought might be logistical issues, like 18ft ceilings and painting over metallic walls, were not a problem at all. Couldn’t be happier that we chose LandCon to design and landscape our backyard! Our yard was destroyed after underpinning our basement and despite being a small area with complicated grading, they came up with an amazing design and worked within our budget to make it a reality. They graded and installed retaining walls, fences, a giant built-in pergola, rock features and a small garden bed. There are still a few bits and pieces to do now, as the bulk of the work was done at the end of the fall, but we are so pleased with the project. Highly recommend!

The team did an incredible job repairing our crumbling and water damaged plaster lath walls and ceilings! It was a big job, spanning 4 bedrooms and two stories of hallway, including minor to major repair, priming and paint. Communication was amazing and the work was done quickly. We have been happy customers of Laird and Sons for many years, so when we recently renovated our basement, we called to have them quote a new system. They recommended a top of the line, new unit that has saved us space, and after a few tweaks, works like a charm. Would 100% recommend True North!! Daniel was amazing to work with. He is clearly an expert in his field and was available to answer any and all of our questions. He provided a very detailed scope of work, which included costs for potential unexpected items, so there were no surprises. The quality of work is impeccable! They added 2ft of ceiling height, replaced the steel beam, new post, waterproofing, sump, sewage ejector, in-floor heating, and new egress window opening. Josh, Edgar and the rest of the crew were so great that we actually missed them when they were done :)
