We had our 20+ year old furnace and AC replaced after getting quotes from a number of contractors. What sold us on these guys were that they were local and extremely friendly and professional. As well as giving us a great quote on the equipment, installation was done quickly and cleanly. Everything was explained in terms that even I could understand. I have to thank Chris Lemay for his advice on the equipment we purchased. We did not feel that he was trying to sell us more then we needed. Lindsey Jackson was very helpful with her explanation of the warranty and service options. The folks at Carleton Refrigeration, Heating and AC have all been great to work with.
