I've lived in the condos now for about 4 years, and the association here is just gone down hill and I'm fed up with it. I pay $130 for my association fee monthly, and every time there's a problem in the community they hike up the association fee, like if roofing needs to be done (which it did before) the fee went from $91 to over $100 and I don't know where MY money is going if it's not going to keep up the community here. Now for the second time in 2 yrs, my living room floor is wet, in the exact same spot as before. I don't know why, or how, and I go to call to complain and to find out why yet again, my floor is wet, they are closed! I had to pay for it to get fixed the first time, I'm not going to pay for it again. Tuscan Plaza condominiums is a horrible, no good place to live. They are lazy and fight you about everything. I just can't wait to move out of here, so I don't have to worry about leaks or anything like that, they didn't fix properly.
