Been there for almost 4 yrs using credit cards to pay for two separate rooms. Never a problem getting my payment on the day it was due. One credit card expired and i was not home the day they called when the rent was due. By the next day they had charged me a service charge! Not a single day grace after 4 yrs and close to $10k in business! That is NOT good customer service! I will be going elsewhere.
