Work was completed exactly as was requested, team was punctual, quick, efficient and personable. And, most important, there was absolutely no mess for me to clean up. Not even a stray twig.
This project was seamless and hassle-free. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and all the individuals that worked on both the roof and aluminum trim were competent, polite, and pleasant to be around. I usually dread having home renovations done as "something always goes wrong". This was an exception!

I anticipated that trimming my tree would be a huge hassle because of it's height and the time of year - spring is busy. Big Leaf provided me with a quote in less than a day. The work was done professionally, efficiently, quickly and there was no mess for me to clean up. As an added bonus, the whole team was super pleasant and respectful of my concern re: plants getting damage --- and none were damaged!
