These guys are a joke. Do yourself a favour and do not hire them. Sloppy, under qualified, over-extended, cut corners, missed deadlines (by months!), horrible with follow up (randomly show up here and there and chip away at unfinished work). Still chasing to have simple stuff re-done properly. The owner - Keith - is a great salesman/showman, but he doesn't have the support in place to complete the vision he sells. I was promised qualified 'trades' would be brought in to complete the work, but there is literally one poor guy doing the stonework, deck building, fence, pool equipment you-name-it. Hence: sloppy and unprofessional finish on so many things. This project is now going on a year from when we first met with the Owner and not yet complete. We lost an entire summer last year and now heading into June with a pool and outdoor space that is still not usable. I wish I could write a solid review and pump these guys up, but they need to get their act together and not take on anymore jobs until they do so.
