After a day of incredible rain, I had water pouring down the inside of my garage, so I assumed the seal of the flashing had gone, or the flashing itself had degraded. It's a small job, and in the spring with many roofers taking on new roofs, not something all roofers want to waste time on, for a small amount of money. LG Pro arrived the next day, a Saturday, took a look, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Two great guys, happy to fix the seal on the spot, and to explain the problem. Rather than have me immediately invest in new flashing, and just make an assumption that was financially beneficial to them, they told me to just keep an eye on it, and if there were issues later with the flashing they would be right back. Thanks guys, so nice to have straight talk, someone who just provides the job you need, and no exaggeration of the damage and cost. You will have my business in the future!
