Justin fixed a small leak for me and was able to recommend someone to help with a related issue. Fast and good work, easy to deal with and even helped with another small problem I had that was completely unrelated to the leak. I very much recommend!

Great Result, even with a few hiccups
We just wanted a nice simple backyard. Empire really delivered! The work was quality and the workers were friendly and professional. They even made a few suggestions that went above and beyond what was expected. There were a few issues with the project after the workers left. The big one was the stain the pressure treated wood left on the patio (from being stored there). Everyone is puzzled by this, but the aftercare by the Empire team has been just incredible. These guys want complete client satisfaction and it shows. They're still working on resolving this issue, but I have no doubt whatsoever that it will be fixed.
Terrific little furnace, I feel the difference in the house already and it was just installed. The entire Reliance team was terrific. Pat was great, answering all my questions with a lot of in-depth knowledge. He even lent us space heaters to get us through the night! Derek and Chris, the installers, were awesome, too. Very, very professional, took the time to explain everything down to the last detail, and didn't even complain when our shoddy piping dumped water on them and everything else. Absolutely a great experience.
