We met John through the company that made our front door. He listened to our description of what colour we wanted and provided samples which we chose from. Unfortunately once in place we didn't love the colour (sunlight impacts the way things look). John was very patient in working with us to alter the colour and land on something that we currently love. By the time we were tinkering with the colour, John was on other jobs but still made an effort to close the loop with us (multiple trips) and ensure that we were happy.

As part of a renovation, we re-covered 6 dining room chairs and an armchair. In addition we had cushions made for two large window seats and a custom King headboard. Kathy was a joy to deal with. She was responsive on my first inquiry and that level of service continued throughout the process. Kathy was knowledgeable and helpful in fabric selection, taking the time to understand the use of the furniture and match fabric (e.g window seat in family room is more durable for kids & dog). The final product was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. The work from Fine Craft Upholstery is true craftsmanship - we have recommended to others and will use again.

Most knowledgeable person we dealt with in getting estimates for our drain replacement. They are a family of Master Plumbers by trade so have a more holistic view of your plumbing needs than a simple drain person would have. They took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work before the job was complete. Courteous, hardworking crew was there when they said they would be and worked the entire day.

Our two basement drains were completely rootbound and caused our AC to back up. Brothers was the 2nd company that came by to assess the issue and the person we dealt with was very clear (while not alarming)in his explanation of what had gone wrong. The crew began work that day and were finished in 24 hours. While on the job, the crew went the extra distance to make sure that the work was completed in such a way as to make further changes down the road easy.
