I hired Logik Roofing to install attic insulation into my 140 year old farmhouse and they did an amazing job. From Mason, who provided the estimate and information about the rebate, to the crew of Mark, Mike, Corey, Joey, and Gus, who installed the insulation, to Daniella, who answered my phone calls. Every single one of them are professional, honest, friendly, and polite. The crew in particular did an exceptional job with the attic. They also insulated some duct work in the attic from a bathroom fan that wasnt properly done! I cant say enough positive things about Logik! They are an amazing group of people! Thank you!!!

I hired Raj and Strategic Homes Group to underpin and waterproof a 140 year old farmhouse in Stouffville, ON and he and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with a very old home requires someone with a lot of experience and technical expertise and I was very fortunate to have hired Raj. Thankfully Raj was able to do a great job! He was very professional in his dealings with the Town inspector and was able to anticipate any potential problems, again due to his tremendous amount of experience in the field. Raj is very courteous, respectful, honest, and honourable which I can attest to after dealing with him on a daily basis. He was very forthright during our conversations and during the entire renovation. He is a true professional! He also has very respectable and polite team of workers. As an example of how he operates he adjusted his timetable during the work so that I was able to accommodate other trades people. This saved me a lot of money. Raj also gave me excellent advice during the renovation that also saved me a tremendous amount of money. Again, I am very thankful! I would highly recommend Raj and Strategic Homes to anyone. I wouldnt hesitate to hire him and his team again. Thanks Raj!!

Hello, I recently had a repairman out to my house to repair my Kenmore stove as it was "locked" and the oven wouldn't work. The repair man came and said that I needed a new circuit board and the part was no longer available so there was nothing he could do and I was charged $75 plus tax and was told I need to buy a new stove. I am very disappointed in the service and diagnosis as I fixed the stove my self as all it needed was to be "reset" by holding the "start" button for 5 seconds. Obviously the repairmen men are not very well trained!! Hello, I just read the response of the company and it seems like that is the go to response for a company when they get a bad review! My VISA was charged $90.40 on September 7, 2021 by "Same Day Appliance Repair Concord ON". I can send you a copy of my VISA statement if you like. You might want to work on your rebuttal! He provided me with excellent suggestions on the type of shingles best suited for my roof, and his workmanship is top notch.
