Replace living room windows (two) with double hung sash units.
Original windows needed replacing. Aurora provided a prompt and reasonable quotation and fitted the new windows within six weeks. Expertly done - no concerns or issues.

Replace 9 old wooden windows throughtout house.
Nine AC Vinyl windows were retro-fitted twenty years ago (1998) by BTTR Oshawa with double hung sash windows and are still in excellent condition, screens included. Recently inquired via email about cleaning and lubricating the tracks as one or two are getting a bit hard to slide open - Mike Weiss (factory Rep) phoned within the hour with instructions - excellent service. Highly recommend this manufacturer and installer.

Bill installed a new furnace and AC a few years ago (rated as five star at then) and now I needed a quality condensate pump. The local big box stores had rubbish so I emailed Bill. As always he responded promptly and I was able to pick up a quality pump from his Oshawa location at a very reasonable price.
