Came in to give Airbnb unit a full clean before next guests arrived. The cleaner was attentive, detailed and very thorough. This service is a bit more expensive than our regular cleaner but we saw a significant improvement.

This company has horrible service and does not deliver when it comes to snow removal, despite requiring full payment ($1000) up front. We secured them for snow removal services and have been disappointed from the beginning. Save your money and headaches, and do the wok yourselves.

We have worked with Daniel and his drywalling entourage on two major projects to date and have been beyond impressed across all accounts. Our first project with them was a huge and complicated one with a full gut in the basement of a 100-year-old house. Daniel brought professionalism, insight, expertise and a resource of support to get our extensive insulated, resilient channeling, drywalled walls into a phenomenal place. The quality, detail and care from Daniel and his team from installation, taping, mudding, and anything else they do is only the best of the best. When we had further needs/questions around the project, Daniel made himself available to best address in a timely and cost efficient manner. As a result of our fabulous experience with this team (prices are great and very competitive too), we brought them on to do soundproofing, drop ceiling and drywall on another rental unit that we own. Again, this project and the quality of the work was nothing short of incredible. These are the guys that you want to work with.

Brent did our home inspection for a very old 4 plex that we bought. We were concerned about the roof, foundation, mould, windows, etc, and Brent was thorough, detailed and honest in his assessment. His report back to us in person and on paper was informative and a high quality product. Plus, his personality, cost and approach to the job were all amazing and above satisfactory. We would reccomend him to any homebuyers, especially first time ones like us.
