This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quote was fast, fair, and they were able to start immediately. They were extremely honest and transparent throughout the process. Started with them painting the brick on the outside of the house and they did such a great job, we had them paint our deck! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of interior or exterior painting. Great people.

Had been searching for a Napoleon BBQ for a while and had not found anyone overly helpful or knowledgeable when asking questions. Being my first purchase of a natural gas BBQ, I had a few. After searching online, I found Rec Warehouse's ad on Kijiji. I picked up the call and the sales staff were eager to help me. After informing me of the great rebates from the OEM & the great end of season sale they were having, I was excited to come in and check out the Napoleon Prestige line. When in the store, everyone was friendly. Even though they were swamped, the sales person made the time for me to answer my questions. After seeing the initial BBQ I intended to purchase, I found a smaller Napoleon P-500NK2. I asked about the difference between the two, and the sales person was very honest, saying it was just a sideburner attachment. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward nature. I purchased the P-500NK2 off of the floor and the staff helped me wrap & load the BBQ onto my truck. Would recommend buying a BBQ, pool, or anything else Recreational Warehouse sells! A+++++ Will be back.
