I have never seen anyone work so hard to gain access to a frozen septic tank. Derek used hot water, a blow torch, chisel, etc. His tenacity is to be admired especially since it was such a cold and windy day. He didn't give up even when we discovered another access plate on a lower level. When Derek finally opened the tank, we all gave a cheer for a job well done. Thank you.

Miguel and Anthony did an exceptional job of moving items for donation. These items consisted mostly of large and bulky furniture that had to be maneuvered in tight and awkward spaces. Miguel and Anthony worked in tandem to come up with solutions that quickly resolved the problem and took care to ensure no damage was done. After my annual furnace checkup it was recommended that some remedial work was required. The technician suggested I speak to a Reliance advisor. Dustin arrived the same day and presented me with several options, patiently explaining the pros and cons of the various products and the terms available. Once I decided what I wanted, Dustin made arrangements for a new heating/cooling system to be installed the next day. Ahmed and Adam arrived at the promised time and quickly and efficiently completed the installation, leaving the premises even cleaner than before they started.
