He clearly discussed the subtleties between similar types of flooring (e.g., ceramic) so I was able to make an informed decision. Furthermore, he assisted me with other materials related to the flooring such as the grout and suggested a few colours he thought matched up well. His suggestions were excellent and it enabled me to choose quickly. Lastly, the individual was pleasant and courteous.
