We are so happy with Mike's work. Mike came, analyzed the problem, explained the fixes required, and made some suggestions that were gratefully received. He then proceeded to complete the various tasks in an efficient, clean, and professional way. He took no shortcuts, even correcting a previous plumber's work. In other words, Mike cared that the work was done properly and was completed properly. When he was satisfied that the various projects were finished, he made sure we were satisfied as well. When booking the appoinment, the representative was friendly and made every effort to book a convenient time. The technician was professional, encouraged questions, performed the maintenance check thoroughly, and was courteous. Experience was very much customer-service oriented and satisfactory.
