I am totally new to home fixing. I had moved to an older house last summer. There were few wooden strips that were damaged or worn out. I went to Home Depot and Lumbar liquidators. Though they are big name stores but nobody actually helped me unserstand how to go about fixing my floor. Disappointed, I looked around and found Brampton Hardwood, I paid a visit there and talked to an Indian girl, she knew about the wooden boards but she didn't know certain details about how to Do it Yourseflf. So she took to their warehouae at the back and asked another Indian guy named Teja or Tejas. At first he tried to pursuade me to get a professional to fix my floor. But he realized I was low on money so he taught me a to z of how it is done. I bought about 2500 dollar worth of planks and supplies and did my floor all on my own. I'm writing this review to thank Teja / Tejas for the half an hour he took that day to help me save hundreds of dollars. And kudos to Brampton Hardwood for showing a great level of customer care with full satisfaction. Thank you, Reuben M. North York

Company Response

We were extremely pleased to assist you Reuben, and especially happy that you were able to complete the flooring project on your own. While not as huge as some of our "big box" competitors, over the past 30 years we have grown to become the largest hardwood flooring retailer in Ontario with about 30,000 satisfied customers per year. We were able to get reach these lofty heights with our low prices, ample in stock inventory, and informative, personal service. Customers often feel like they are just a number when shopping at the cumbersome, impersonal big box stores. That is certainly not the case at Brampton Hardwood Floors, where we appreciate and value every one who walks into one of our 6 locations.
