Just received an email from Thomas I&L saying they will no longer be servicing our area (downtown Toronto)...They "appreciate our business and wish us all the best moving forward"... Hundreds and hundreds in business over 2-3 years including referrals to other clients. Would have appreciated a steer to another trusted company...rather than a "good luck.." I understand you have staffing issues, but I find the dismissal letter bereft of the care and interest feigned. Not impressed

Eddie responded to my post almost immediately. He arrived the next morning as agreed and fixed my stairs—on the spot. I really needed this done quickly so my elderly tenants were safe (the loose stones made the steps really unsafe). Eddie did an amazing job. The stones were perfectly re-aligned and re-placed. The mortar was smooth and even. The stones and surrounding a stones were wiped clean for a picture-perfect finish. The area was red-taped off to make sure everything dried without being unsettled rom being walked on. All debris was picked up and taken away. I couldn’t have asked for more. It is always great knowing where to find good people. Eddie is good people! Thanks. I will definitely call again for future work!

I tried everything to make my wifi in my home work. Without Max, I would not have been aware my Rogers modem was faulty. Max assessed the situation, recommended equipment to be installed (which I purchased) and within 2 hours had modified my network and I have VERY strong WiFi throughout my home. Next, He'll do my office! Thanks Max
