We have been in our home now for 5 years. From the get go there were issues...bad wiring, ducting installed incorrectly, and the most aggravating issue is condensation entering our microwave, which is at the least a life and safety issue. After many discussions with the builder we were told it is all up to code and the builder is not prepared to do anything more for us...we are on our own. Well it is not just us, there are 6 out of 16 units that all have condensation issues that the builder is turning his back on.
