I have moved several times, always using movers of the value variety. After my experience with the Team at Augusta - I will never consider low cost, low service movers again! The Estimate: - The online tool is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate - The office team is very quick at picking up requests - The online inventory system could use an update, and mobile optimization - Dinko and Steve were incredibly patient with my very detailed questions - Estimate was thorough, easy to understand, and no hidden "gotcha's" - It was accurate, with a little (30 min) over run, at my request The Move: - The Move Team arrived on time - Super polite, friendly, and respectful - Very efficient and went to work immediately - took excellent care with my prized and not-so-prized possessions - stayed extra time to assemble a complicated bed set, with no instructions and little guidance Overall: Just Wow! I do not have a single complaint from what is historically a very stressful day Tips: - Be as ready as possible, but if you're not, the team will be super helpful - Remember to have some water on hand. These guys work hard - and won't stop to even drink unless you hand it to them - Finally, for Mover newbies. It's customary and important to tip.
