We purchased a TV Stand, Tv & Home Theatre package in October 2010. At the time - TV on backorder, Tv Stand in stock & 1 unit left of the home theatre. We went to pick up on warehouse on Kennedy to pick up Tv Stand and home theatre to be told that only the tv stand is available. We were very upset as we really wanted to set up home theatre before the tv arrived. When we phoned Brick and the sale rep was just given excuses we ask to speak to the manager which we were promised a call back and never happen. When we went in to cancel the hole order we were told the home theatre & tv are in for 2 days and were not told. We went to pick up. With our experience we will never buy from the Brick again.
