The price was fair, not cheap but not the most expensive but their customer service was absolutely horrible. It was good until the unit was installed but after the install it is virtually non-existent. They want to sell units but don't seem to want to service the customer past that. Was not getting any humidity and they still haven't fixed it and I've had to do it myself. Very disappointing.
