I was referred to Lee, (owner) by a friend who had had their basement done. I had been interviewing contractors for about a year off and on. Seeing the work that Lee and his crew had done for my friend convinced me that I could move forward with Lee. The initial meeting was to discuss the scope of work with Lee. Because he had worked with others that had the same builder as I did, he was aware of the layout possibilities. I had a quick deadline of 3 weeks, also a strict budget. Lee provided me with an estimate the next day, was open to my ideas for some change and then committed to my 3 week deadline. His whole crew came in ,very friendly and professional. Anytime I called or texted Lee, he always got back to me, if not right away within the hour. Lee made himself available at any time to discuss the project with me.
