We have had our appointment booked for weeks and they are over half an hour late so far, no sign of them. Not any way to run a "professional business." Not impressed. EDIT: They stood us up. We had to call them and they tried to say they called to tell us they canceled.. NO THEY DID NOT. WE HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND WE ARE ALWAYS HOME ANYWAYS. People do not use this company! They do not care about their customers and blatantly did not tell the truth right to your face. They better hope they give us our deposit back when we go there this afternoon. We are actually appalled. We are stuck with plywood on our stairs and top landing for weeks and weeks, and now just longer! Do not use this company people unless you don't actually want your flooring done.
