I had great expectations on this "company" after visiting its website, which portrays a highly professional service. However, the actual service turned out to be amateur and unnecessarily stressful due to the movers' indifference about time constraints related to elevator bookings. First, the movers came 1.5 hours late. Words such as 'Hello', 'sorry', 'thanks', were simply not part of their vocabulary. Second, they made me sign a "contract" but they had no copy for me. Third, they were slow and inefficient (they did not load the dollies and elevators not even close to their capacity, thus creating more unnecessary trips). It seemed on purpose (well, they were paid per hour). Finally, I asked them to download everything from the truck, dismissed them, and finished the task myself. Later on, I discovered that I were charged more than previously agreed by phone. My complains were not acknowledged (they had the only copy of the "contract" after all). Any moving has its own stress. Do not introduce any additional stress to yours by hiring these people.
