We decided to go with finishedbasement.ca after seeing all of the positive reviews, and after getting several quotes from competitors. It was nice visiting their big showroom in Mississauga to see samples and understand what the finished product would look like. All of the interactions with the crew, Joe, Natalie, Igor, Igor (electrician) and Vitaliy were great! Everyone was friendly and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were happy. We ended up with a finished basement exactly how we pictured it. Even with multiple building inspections, it was still finished in exactly 2 weeks. We had some small issues after it was done and someone was out on the same day to fix it which was amazing. Responses were always fast and they always made sure to address any issues/concerns.
