Craig was recommended by another friends and he came at very short notice (1 or 2 days) and brought all his natural cleaning products with him. He was very punctual and I showed him what needed to be done to clean our dirty apartment. We had to go out and came back four hours later. He was still hard at work and stayed almost an extra 30 minutes to make sure all was in order. he did an amazing job and even dusted my plants! I have already been recommending him to others. He is also a lovely person.

We met Kevin at the Spring 2011 Home Show in Vancouver. He followed with a call as we had asked for a quote. Kevin punctually came to our home and gave a quote, testimonials and references to call. He and his team did an amazing job painting 22” walls in our cluttered apartment, moving furniture and all. He plugged hundreds of holes and still fixed areas we did not ask to be fixed, but that needed attention. They did all this in 3 x 8 hours days - amazingly fast. The final product was beyond expectations! We get compliments every time someone sees the apartment for the first time since the painting.

Southcoast Plumbing was very efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone. We needed a new sink fitted in one of our bathrooms. Jason come out in a couple of days and was punctual and fast. The next day, a leak appeared, and he came back to investigate. Even though it turned out to be a manufacturer's defect, he fixed it without any additional charge. I would use Jason again and highly recommend Jason for plumbing projects.
