I hired Andrew from Site Force One last November when I was in a bind. Another contractor bailed on a landscaping job for a full lift and relay of 1100 sqft of driveway interlock. I was stuck with a half complete setup heading into winter. Andrew gave me a very reasonable price given the circumstances, came promptly and competed the job in 2 days with the help of a colleague. Truly amazing. After seeing Andrews skills and work ethic, I hired him for a big interior remodelling job without hesitation. The scope kept changing as we came up with additional things to incorporate into the renos and Andrew was with me every step of the way. The final project was: 1000 sqft of old ceiling with popcorn was fully replaced on the main floor, 30 pot lights installed with new wiring, drop ceiling in living room created to deal with legacy issue of minor house sagging over time (1940s home), joists reinforced and new insulation, open concept wall to kitchen removed, closet wall and return vents redesigned in kids rooms, and a full 500sqft upstairs vaulted ceiling popcorn removal. There were so many other small things incorporated that there would not be enough space to list. All of this was accomplished in 11 days while my wife and I left on vacation. Andrew communicated with me daily over video calls to keep us up to speed. I was very impressed with how he managed to make this whole project work! As with any major projects, there were some minor deficiencies, however the hallmark of a good contractor is owning up to them and addressing the issues. Andrew lived up to that fully and came back on a time schedule that worked for both of us. He is truly amazing in how much he cares. Andrew also came and helped me out around some minor work that allowed a future flooring project to go through on time and schedule (tiling work around fireplace and some kitchen tile cutting). I would hire Andrew again in a heart beat

We hired Andrey to do a complete install of 1000sqft of engineered flooring in a 1940s built home that was renod in the 80s. Lots of challenges to any projects here as nothing is fully up to modern spec, joists had low spots and also sloped towards a certain part of the house. Scope of work included: - Full demolition - New plywood subfloor + substantial re-levelling. - Cutting back all the door casings/trim to accommodate the new height. - Painting oak baseboards white. - Nail down + glue assist of wide plank oak floors installed flush to remaining tile work + new fireplace tile work, giving the whole first floor a seamless transition free flow. - New posts/pickets/railings to downstairs basement to compete the modern look, with a custom gate to basement. - Lots of other miscellaneous tasks Andrey was a pleasure to deal with. Came in on time, on budget, was very reasonably priced compared to others, and very helpful in the early stages with the many questions we had regarding the job itself and material selection. We would hire Andrey again in a heartbeat!

I hired Omega windows to do a full house window replacement. Our house is old (built in the 40's, reno'd in the 80's), and had lots of obstacles to work around. We have 3 bay windows, each different sizes, with 1 being extra large. They worked around all the obstacles flawlessly and delivered an amazing install. The work being done is part of a full exterior facelift of the house (windows, siding etc). Omega worked around some project specific constraints to ensure that the final product was top notch. Originally I was planning to leave the basement windows, however as part of the siding project demolition, it turned out they were badly damaged too (which was not visible originally). Omega was able to do a rush order and complete the install for the basement windows at the same time. Overall I'm very pleased and would be happy to recommend Omega to all my friends and family, and would hire them again for any future installs that I do.

Tony was an exceptional person to deal with. I used him to replace 6 old skylights with Velux ones that open. Tony showed up on time, was very professional, performed the work when promised and followed up whenever required (even after the job was done for a missing handle for the skylight that wasn’t in the box that he followed up with the manufacturer himself about). He was the best priced for skylights install and his price included some additional work I needed on my roof. I would highly recommend Alba Tech roofing to anyone and would use them myself.

After installing new doors and trim around the frames, I hired Home Painters to professionally paint them as I wanted the proper finished look, since a bad paint job on a door is much more visible. With my schedule being very busy at this point, I was able to arrange everything over the phone, and receive advice on the best paint choice for the project (Decorator’s white/pearl). Andrew, the painter designated on our project, was admitted into our home by my father, as we were flying in the day they could start. Andrew was very professional, did a great job painting everything, and stayed well within the schedule we agreed upon. I would hire them again.
