Recieved a phone call from Nature Carpet giving us a special for 2 rooms and a set of stairs. They came the next day, started off late, dripped water all over my floors and bathroom. We were assured all furniture would be moved for us so we didnt need to move it in advance. But the guy did not move beds, dressers or shelves. He did t even do under my daughters raised bed. Floors we soaking wet and needed fans to dry them. I called to discuss the issue with the lady that scheduled us and she passed it on to her manager who told me that we were not told furniture would be moved as it was a one man crew. Would not recommend this company to anyone. And will not have them back in my house!
