We hired Simply Floors to install and seal tile that we had purchased from another supplier. The install and layout was satisfactory but they did not follow manufactures specifications and/or recommended products. When they sealed the tiles they used the wrong product and completely damaged the surface of the tiles. They will not stand behind their install and refused to take any accountability regarding this matter.
