The team at Pritchards Climate Care are great ... from Roberto who runs the day-to-day, to Tanya in the office, to Nathan and Brian the service techs. We have been with Pritchards for the past 4 years and very happy. They installed a new boiler and have been available for warranty service when a manufacturer part failed. They pushed the supplier to get the part in a timely manner and ensured the part was installed and the machine was working in time for the weekend. First thing Monday morning they called to make sure we didn't have any issues. I am very pleased with the level of care and professionalism from the entire team.

From estimating to completion I was really pleased with the work done and team involved. The estimator was clear about the scope of work and offered options and explanations for what should be done. The on site team was incredibly clean and all debris was removed and nails found with magnets. The job involved a lot of flashing and tying into other roof lines and the finished product is clean and more importantly, water tight! They answered questions and made sure I was content with the work done. Would absolutely recommend them.

I have been using A-1 Quality Chimney Cleaning for over 5 years now and am always happy with the service I receive. They are always prompt and on time, and when scheduling they are eager to find a time that suits my schedule vs forcing me to fit theirs. Their technician Shawn is amazing. He is clean and courteous - shoes are left at the door, furniture moved and drop cloths on the floor before starting anything.
