We visited their showroom and shopped from their remnant selections to find a quartz countertop for our ensuite. We made an initial selection, left a deposit and booked an appointment to have our bathroom measured for the cuts. He was 1+ hour late for the measurement appointment, but that was forgiven. After the measurements were made, we re-visited and changed our selection to a different stone. We watched the owner make a note on our customer sheet about the stone change. And yet, 1.5 weeks later we get a phone call to come and install, you guessed it, the wrong stone. We told the owner about the mistake, and his solution? To refund our deposit and not to make the situation right! His reason? He already lost money on cutting the wrong stone and doesn't want to lose more. Not recommended.
