I had my reservation on Canada Select Windows given the minimal / non-existing reviews on the company given it is a relatively new/small company compared to the other big established brands. However, I found Dan to be very professional and attentive in addressing all of our questions, comments, and concerns. We feel very valued as a customer instead of just another client # added to the file. The installation crew (Roman + Joe + Another guy) are very friendly, approachable, and courteous in their installation process. They take the time to make sure the job is done right and are very willing to stay for long hours in the day to make sure the job is completed as expected. The full process takes about 3-4 months and three full installation days given it is a busy season. A mistake from the manufacturer on the measurement also played a major factor in delaying the completion of the project (i.e. by about 2 weeks). However, Dan & the team took ownership of the mistakes and managed to resolve the issues without any hesitation. Communication on installation dates can be improved by calling and updating us on the status of the project/timeline. Given the great quality of products, honest work, and professionalism, I definitely recommend Canada Select to anyone looking to replace their windows.
